Gosh, it felt so good to wake up this morning after being sick for the past five days and workout again!

I kept it light today and did 30 Day Shred, Level One.

Like an idiot, I worked out even though I was sick. I did level 2 of 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. Like level 1, I found it to be fairly easy though I did have to break twice during the last two cardio segments.

Beginning Pilates from My Yoga Online, 30 minutes.

**Although this class is for beginners and I could do most of the exercises--I could not, for the life of me, lie on my back and gently bring raise my legs up and over my head, "One vertabrae at a time" like the women in this video. IMHO, that move is advanced!**

- I bought a subscription to My Yoga Online and did 35 minutes of beginning yoga--Gosh, I felt great afterwords!

- Spent 1 hour in the pool swimming and playing with my daughter.
