Together We Can Achieve Our Goals...One Pound at a Time

I started my weight loss journey back in January of 2009, my starting weight was 230 pounds. You can see my progress prior to launching Moms Fighting Fat at http://healthaspirations.blogspot.com . When I have some time, I'll go through my old blog and post the previous weigh-ins.

My ultimate goal is 135, I wish I were as close to mine as you are yours...but I'll get there, eventually. :-)

I have lost one pund in the last two weeks. It has been tough and I have wanted to give up many times. But I am going to stick with it. Thanks for the motivation Sandy!

Diedra...Girl, you have lost six pounds since last month, you've done fantastic! As long as you don't gain all six pounds back in the next two days, you're in the drawing. :-)

alright, this is where I get stuck. I can always get down to 146 without a LOT of effort. But then I stay there. Can you guess how much I weigh? That's right 146. But instead of binge eating because I am disappointed and then going right back to that 156, I am going to push through and add in some more cardio.
