I have lost one pund in the last two weeks. It has been tough and I have wanted to give up many times. But I am going to stick with it. Thanks for the motivation Sandy!
Diedra...Girl, you have lost six pounds since last month, you've done fantastic! As long as you don't gain all six pounds back in the next two days, you're in the drawing. :-)
alright, this is where I get stuck. I can always get down to 146 without a LOT of effort. But then I stay there. Can you guess how much I weigh? That's right 146. But instead of binge eating because I am disappointed and then going right back to that 156, I am going to push through and add in some more cardio.
Diedra, with your positive attitude, I know you can do it! I'm so sorry I didn't see your comment earlier or I would have replied. Hang in there girl!
