Cannot Lose Weight
why is it that I am working out and dieting but cannot lose weight? what can I do to get the lbs down?
I lost 14 lbs over the last 4 months by dieting alone…the last 6 weeks I have excercised and dieted. I weigh 146 lbs and have been stuck at that weight for 3 months. Help.I have lost some What tricks can I use to jumpstart my weight loss not just the inches..Any tricks or is it just time..I know i am gaining muscle but i need a little less on the scale..
As you get closer to your goal weight its harder to shed the pounds. Additionally if you just lost quite a bit of weight your body will plateau for a while. Keep doing what you are doing and cut the calories by maybe 100 more a day and be sure that your exercise is challenging and not too easy. It will come off, be patient.
